随着人们健康意识不断提高，前来健康体检中心进行身体检查的人数呈现出了逐年递增的发展趋势，全面的身体检查，可以帮助人们及时发现身体的健康隐患，将疾病扼杀在摇篮里。然而在健康体检过程中，由于工作人员缺乏良好的沟通技巧，常常引发医患纠纷，不仅严重扰乱了健康体检中心的秩序，而且还使健康体检服务机构的形象大大受损。良好的医患关系不仅能够有效激发医护人员的工作热情，提高其工作效率和质量，而且还有助于提高体检人员的认可度和信任度，有利于健康体检服务机构良好形象的建立。良好的沟通技巧是建立良好医患关系的基础条件，医护人员作为与体检人员直接接触人员，应具备良好的沟通技巧，从而为体检人员提供更加周到优质的体验服务，减少医患纠纷的发生。所以体检部门应加倍重视医护人员专业素质和专业技能的提升，从多个方面培养医护人员良好的沟通技巧，从而提高他们的服务水平。

However, in the process of health examination, due to the lack of good communication skills of the staff, doctor-patient disputes are often caused, which not only seriously disturb the order of the health examination center, but also greatly damage the image of the health examination service organization. Good doctor-patient relationship can not only effectively stimulate the work enthusiasm of medical personnel, improve their work efficiency and quality, but also help to improve the recognition and trust of medical personnel, which is conducive to the establishment of a good image of health examination service institutions. Good communication skills are the basic condition for the establishment of a good doctor-patient relationship. As the personnel who have direct contact with medical examiners, medical staff should have good communication skills, so as to provide more thoughtful and high-quality experience services for medical examiners and reduce the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes. Therefore, the medical examination department should pay more attention to improve professional quality and professional skills of medical personnel, and cultivate good communication skills of medical personnel from many aspects, so as to improve their service level.
