泌尿系统结石疼痛症状的中医护理

摘要

目的 探析对泌尿系统结石疼痛症状的中医护理对策及其应用效果。方法 在本次研究实施中，抽取76例泌尿系统结石患者参与实验，均存在不同程度的疼痛症状。根据患者入院先后顺序进行分组，将先入院的38例患者纳入至对照组，对其实施常规护理，另外38例患者纳入至观察组，对其实施中医护理干预，比较分析不同护理措施下的护理效果。结果 采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估了两组患者的疼痛情况，同时采用匹兹堡睡眠质量（PSQI）评估了患者睡眠质量，据悉在护理后观察组患者VAS评分及PSQI评分分别为（5.12±1.22）分、（8.31±1.02）分，反观对照组分别为（7.92±1.24）分、（8.98±1.25）分，由此可见护理后观察组VAS及PSQI评分均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对泌尿系统结石疼痛患者实施中医护理干预可减轻疼痛、改善睡眠质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the nursing strategies of traditional Chinese medicine for the painful symptoms of urinary calculi and its application effect.
Methods In the implementation of this study, 76 patients with urinary calculi were selected to participate in the experiment, all of whom had pain symptoms of different degrees. The patients were grouped according to the order of admission. 38 patients admitted first were included in the control group, and routine nursing was carried out; another 38 patients were included in the observation group, and traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention was carried out. The nursing effect under different nursing measures was compared and analyzed.
Results Visual analog scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain status of patients in the two groups, and Pittsburgh Sleep quality (PSQI) was used to evaluate the sleep quality of patients. It was reported that after nursing, the VAS score and PSQI score of patients in the observation group were (5.12±1.22) points and (8.31±1.02) points, respectively. In contrast, the scores of the control group were (7.92±1.24) points and (8.98±1.25) points, respectively. It can be seen that the VAS and PSQI scores of the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve pain and improve sleep quality for patients with urinary stone pain.
