摘要
目的 探析鼻咽癌放疗护理中应用人文关怀理念的应用价值。方法 2022年2月~2023年2月，在我院就诊的鼻咽癌患者中选取128例，均接受放疗治疗，随机将其分组，对照组64例、观察组64例分别接受常规干预、常规干预+人文关怀理念，分析组间应用价值。结果 经干预，观察组NRS 评分较对照组低，睡眠质量较对照组优，满意度、依从性较对照组高（P<0.05）。结论 将人文关怀理念给予鼻咽癌放疗患者，疗效确切，利于疼痛减轻，睡眠质量改善，依从性提高，满意度提升，可借鉴。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of humanistic care concept in radiotherapy nursing of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods From February 2022 to February 2023, 128 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 64 patients in the control group and 64 patients in the observation group received conventional intervention, conventional intervention + humanistic care respectively, and the application value between the two groups was analyzed. Results After intervention, the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the sleep quality was better, and the satisfaction and compliance were higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Giving humanistic care to patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy has definite curative effect, which is beneficial to relieve pain, improve sleep quality, improve compliance and satisfaction, and can be used for reference.
