Application effect evaluation of TCM acupuncture and massage nursing in patientswith periarthritis of shoulder
中医针灸推拿护理在肩周炎患者护理中的应用效果评价

摘要

目的 研究在肩周炎患者护理中应用中医针灸推拿护理起到的护理效果。方法 选取2021年8月至2022年10月本院收治的86例肩周炎患者为观察对象，随机将这86例患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者应用常规护理方式，观察组患者应用中医针灸推拿护理方式，通过对两组患者基本资料分析来了解不同护理方式起到的护理效果。结果 应用中医针灸推拿护理的观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组，患者生活质量评分也优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在肩周炎患者护理中应用中医针灸推拿方式能够减轻患者疾病部位的不适感以及疼痛感，也能从护理质量保证中提升患者生活质量以及护理满意度，因此值得在临床实践中应用。

Abstract

Objective To study the nursing effect of traditional Chinese acupuncture and massage in the nursing of patients with periarthritis of shoulder.
Methods The 86 patients with periarthritis of shoulder treated in our hospital from August 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the observation object, the 86 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group of patients with conventional nursing, the observation group of patients with traditional Chinese acupuncture and massage nursing, through the analysis of the two groups of patients with basic data to understand the nursing effect of different ways of nursing.
Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the score of life quality of patients was also better than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of traditional Chinese acupuncture and massage in the nursing of patients with periarthritis of shoulder not only can reduce the discomfort and pain of the patient's disease site, but also can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients from the quality of care assurance, so it is worthy of application in clinical practice.
