Application of comprehensive nursing in endoscopic treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding
综合护理在经胃镜治疗急性上消化道出血中的应用

摘要

目的 研究在经胃镜治疗急性上消化道出血患者护理中应用综合护理方式起到的护理效果。方法 选取2021年10月至2022年10月期间在本院实施经胃镜治疗的70例急性上消化道出血患者为观察对象，随机将这70例患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者应用常规护理方式，观察组患者应用综合护理措施，通过对两组患者基本资料分析了解不同护理措施起到的护理效果。结果 应用综合护理措施的观察组患者护理效果评分优于对照组，患者护理满意率也高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在急性上消化道出血患者经胃镜治疗中应用综合护理措施能够提升患者疾病恢复效率，也能从患者生活质量提高中提升患者护理满意率。

Abstract

Objective To study the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding by gastroscopy.
Methods Seventy patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding who received gastroscopy treatment in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as observation objects. These 70 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods, while patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing measures. Through the analysis of the basic data of the two groups of patients, understand the nursing effect of different nursing measures.
Results The nursing effect score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of comprehensive nursing measures in the endoscopic treatment of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding can improve the efficiency of patients' disease recovery and improve the nursing satisfaction rate from the improvement of patients' life quality.
