摘要
目的 探讨治疗腹股沟疝疾病行无张力修补术采用快速康复护理的影响效果。方法 随机选取我院2018年2月-2022年10月接收治疗腹股沟疝患者（共280例），作为参考对象。分为参照组和试验组，参照组140例，试验组140例，参照组采用常规护理干预，试验组采用快速康复护理干预，根据所得数据，对比两组患者护理后的胃肠功能恢复及下床活动时间、住院时间。结果 采用快速康复护理干预后，试验组患者胃肠功能恢复及下床活动时间、住院时间优于参照组，有统计意义（P<0.05）。结论 对治疗腹股沟疝疾病患者行无张力修补术后应用快速康复护理，可以改善患者胃肠功能，缩短了其下床时间与住院时间，提高了治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in tension-free repair of inguinal hernia. Methods 280 patients with inguinal hernia received treatment in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2022 were randomly selected as reference subjects. They were divided into the reference group and the test group. There were 140 cases in the reference group and 140 cases in the test group. The reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the test group was treated with rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention. According to the data obtained, the recovery of gastrointestinal function, the time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization were compared between the two groups of patients after nursing. Results After rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention, gastrointestinal function recovery, time of getting out of bed and hospitalization in the test group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing after tension-free repair for patients with inguinal hernia disease can improve the gastrointestinal function of patients, shorten the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization, and improve the treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
