摘要
目的 分析急腹症患者的分诊与急诊护理。方法 纳入2021-2022年我院120例急腹症患者，依照数字随机的方式均分为观察组与对照组，对照组实施常规诊断护理，观察组实施有效的分诊与急诊护理，比较组间临床诊断准确率。结果 以术后病理为标准，观察组妇科急腹症、外科急腹症、内科急腹症的诊断准确率均高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 有效的分诊与急诊护理可提升急腹症患者的诊断精确率，进而促进诊疗质量的改善，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the triage and emergency nursing of patients with acute abdomen. Methods 120 patients with acute abdomen in our hospital from 2021 to 2022 were included and divided into observation group and control group according to numerical random method. The control group received routine diagnosis and nursing, and the observation group received effective triage and emergency nursing. The clinical diagnosis accuracy rate was compared between groups. Results The diagnostic accuracy of gynecological acute abdomen, surgical acute abdomen and medical acute abdomen in observation group was higher than that in control group. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Effective triage and emergency nursing can improve the diagnostic accuracy rate of patients with acute abdomen, and then promote the improvement of diagnosis and treatment quality, which are worth popularizing.
