Application of dietary health education approach in perioperative endoscopic mucosal resectionof colonic polyps
饮食健康教育路径在结肠息肉内镜下黏膜切除术围术期的应用

摘要

目的 在结肠息肉内镜下黏膜切除术应用饮食健康教育路径，分析应用效果。方法 将2022年1月-2022年12月在我院进行结肠息肉内镜下黏膜切除术的179例患者作为研究对象，按照就诊顺序分为对照组（常规饮食教育指导）与观察组（饮食健康教育路径）。对两组干预效果进行比较。结果 通过分析患者的用药依从性和饮食依从性，观察组高于对照组；观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组；观察组的肠道清洁度评分高于对照组，存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论 在结肠息肉内镜下黏膜切除术围术期应用饮食健康教育路径，可以提高患者的饮食、用药依从性，确保肠道清洁，降低并发症的发生率，值得推荐。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of dietary health education in endoscopic mucosal resection of colon polyps.
Methods A total of 179 patients who underwent endoscopic mucosal resection of colonic polyps in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into control group (routine diet education and guidance) and observation group (diet health education path) according to the order of treatment. The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.
Results By analyzing medication compliance and diet compliance, observation group was higher than control group; The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group; The intestinal cleanliness score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of dietary health education path in the perioperative period of endoscopic mucosal resection of colon polyps can improve patients' dietary and medication compliance, ensure intestinal cleanliness and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of recommendation.
