Study on the influence of nursing intervention on skin after radiotherapy for breast cancer
护理干预对乳腺癌术后放疗皮肤的影响研究

摘要

目的 分析乳腺癌术后放疗采取护理干预对皮肤的影响。方法 选取2019年12月至2021年12月收治的乳腺癌术后放疗患者92例，根据入院的先后顺序进行分组，先入院的患者46例纳入对照组，后入院的46例纳入观察组，分别实施常规护理、针对性皮肤护理，对比皮损发生程度、生存质量评分以及护理满意度。结果 ①皮损发生程度。观察组0级、1级发生率均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组2级、3级、4级发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05）；②生存质量评分。观察组角色功能、情感功能等6个维度的生活质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；③护理满意度。观察组护理满意度95.65%高于对照组78.26%（P<0.05）。结论 对乳腺癌术后放疗患者采取针对性皮肤护理可有效减轻皮损程度，提高生存质量及满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the influence of nursing intervention on skin after radiotherapy for breast cancer.
Methods 92 patients with breast cancer treated by post-operative radiotherapy from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected and grouped according to the order of admission. 46 patients admitted first were included in the control group, and 46 patients admitted later were included in the observation group. Routine nursing and targeted skin care were implemented respectively, and the degree of skin damage, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared.
Results ① The degree of skin lesions. The incidence of grade 0 and grade 1 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The incidence of grade 2, grade 3 and grade 4 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); ② Quality of life score. The quality of life scores of the six dimensions of role function and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); ③ Nursing satisfaction. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (95.65%) was higher than that of the control group (78.26%) (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted skin care for breast cancer patients after radiotherapy can effectively reduce the degree of skin damage and improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
