摘要
目的 探究应用PBL联合情景模拟法,对儿科护士综合能力完善的临床价值。方法 本次调研中,以2020年11月-2021年11月为截点,选取30名儿科护士,对其实施常规培训(视为参照组),同时,以2021年12月-2022年12月为截点,筛选30名儿科护士,以PBL联合情景模拟法培训(视为观察组),对比两组患者实际教学效果。结果 对两组护士实施不同培训干预后,参照组成员各项指标评分均低于实验组,两组数值对比,差值明显(P<0.05),差异具备统计学意义;在对两组护士开战不同培训干预后,实验组护士的CTDI-CV各项评分优势明显,组间对比,差值显著(P<0.05),差异具备统计学意义。结论 PBL联合情景模拟法效果叠加,不仅能够改善儿科护士护理弊端,而且可以提升专业理论素养,完善护理技能,从根本上推动其临床护理核心的提升,强化护理满意度,具有推广价值。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of PBL combined scenario simulation method to improve the comprehensive ability of pediatric nurses. Methods In this survey, 30 pediatric nurses were selected with November 2020 - November 2021 as the cutting point to receive routine training (regarded as the reference group). Meanwhile, 30 pediatric nurses were selected with November 2020 - November 2021 as the cutting point, and PBL combined scenario simulation (regarded as the observation group) to compare the actual teaching effect of the two groups. Results After different training intervention for the two groups, the scores of the reference group were lower than that of the experimental group. The difference of the two groups was significant (P <0.05) with statistical significance. After different training interventions for the two groups of nurses, the experimental group of nurses had obvious advantages in CTDI-CV scores, and the difference between the groups was significant (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The superposition of PBL combined scenario simulation method can not only improve the disadvantages of pediatric nurses, but also improve professional theoretical literacy, improve nursing skills, fundamentally promote the improvement of its clinical nursing core, strengthen nursing satisfaction, and has promotion value.
