摘要
目的 分析临床干预急诊患者护理过程中,予以人文关怀的应用价值探究。方法 本次研究起始时间为2021年1月至2022年11月截止,共计收治急诊患者300例,参与分析,并将其依照护理服务作为分组标准,研究组予以人文关怀护理,对照组予以基础干预,每组患者人数为150例,分析两组患者满意度、护理质量、心理情绪等。结果 研究组患者护理服务满意度为(98.66%)比较对照组护理满意度(92.00%)较高。研究组护理质量与对照组护理质量相比较,研究组护理质量更优异,研究组患者心理情绪改善效果比较对照组心理情绪更优异,两组对比存在统计学意义,(P﹤0.05)。结论 临床救治急诊患者过程中,予以人文关怀护理,能够改善患者心理情绪,提高患者满意度,减少不良症状发生,值得临床广泛推广使用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of humanistic care in the process of clinical intervention in the nursing of emergency patients. Methods The study started from January 2021 to November 2022. A total of 300 emergency patients were admitted and analyzed. They were grouped according to nursing services. The study group was given humanistic care and the control group was given basic intervention. The number of patients in each group was 150. The patient satisfaction, nursing quality and psychological emotion of the two groups were analyzed. Results The satisfaction of patients in the study group was 98.66%, which was higher than that in the control group (92.00%). The nursing quality of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the improvement effect of patients and apos; psychological emotion in the study group was better than that in the control group. There was statistical significance between the two groups (P﹤0.05). Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of emergency patients, humanistic care can improve the psychological mood of patients, improve patient satisfaction, and reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms, which is worthy of extensive clinical use.
