摘要
目的 探究对危重症患者,实施肠内营养安全护理方案,对患者产生的影响及作用。方法 从2022年9月-2022年12月我院收治的危重症患者中,随机挑选出82例作为研究对象,分为对照组(41例,常规肠内营养护理)与观察组(41例,肠内营养安全护理方案),比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组干预后血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TF)高于对照组,观察组干预后营养风险筛查评分(NRS2002)评分及急性生理与慢性健康(APACHEⅡ)评分均低于对照组,观察组机械通气时间、ICU入住时间以及住院时间均少于对照组,差异具备显著性(P<0.05)。结论 开展肠内营养安全护理方案,有助于改善危重症患者营养水平,减少治疗时间,降低营养风险,值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact and role of the implementation of enteral nutrition safety nursing plan for critically ill patients. Methods From September 2022 to December 2022, 82 critically ill patients admitted to our hospital were randomly selected as study subjects, which were divided into control group (41 cases, routine enteral nutrition nursing) and observation group (41 cases, enteral nutrition safety nursing scheme). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The hemoglobin (Hb), albumin (ALB) and transferrin (TF) of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group. The scores of nutritional risk screening (NRS2002) and acute physiology and chronic health (APACHE II) of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group. The mechanical ventilation time, ICU stay time and hospital stay time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out the safety nursing program of enteral nutrition is helpful to improve the nutritional level of critically ill patients, reduce the treatment time, and reduce the nutritional risk, which is worthy of promotion.
