摘要
目的 分析膝关节置换患者采取加速康复外科护理效果。方法 本次抽取56例膝关节置换患者进行研究分析，病例选取时间为2021年2月-2022年2月，就56例患者依据随机抽签模式均分2组，将实行常规护理的28例患者设为参考组，将实施加速康复外科护理的28例患者设为实验组。比较两组护理效果。结果 膝关节功能中2组护理前比较差异不明显（P＞0.05），护理后实验组较高（P＜0.05）。疼痛评分中实验组较低（P＜0.05）。并发症发生率中实验组较低（P＜0.05）。结论 膝关节置换患者采取加速康复外科护理能够有效改善患者的膝关节功能，缓解其疼痛，同时能够减少术后并发症发生。此种护理方法值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery for patients with knee joint replacement. Methods 56 patients with knee joint replacement were selected for research and analysis. The case selection time was from February 2021 to February 2022. 56 patients were divided into two groups according to the random lot drawing mode. 28 patients receiving routine nursing were set as the reference group, and 28 patients receiving accelerated rehabilitation surgery were set as the experimental group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in knee joint function between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05), but the experimental group was higher after nursing (P<0.05). The pain score in the experimental group was lower (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing for patients with knee replacement can effectively improve their knee function, relieve their pain, and reduce postoperative complications. This kind of nursing method is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
