Discussion on nursing points of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding treated by endoscopy
内镜治疗胃溃疡出血患者的护理要点探讨

摘要

目的 探讨内镜治疗胃溃疡出血患者的护理要点。方法 从我院治疗的胃溃疡出血患者中选择88例分组进行研究，采用随机方式将患者分为对照组和实验组，每组患者44例。对照组患者在内镜治疗后给予常规护理，实验组患者在此基础进行配合护理措施进行护理干预，比较2组患者生活质量、不良反应和再出血情况。结果 实验组生活质量评分高于对照组生活质量评分，数据经分析有意义，p<0.05；不良反应发生率和再出血发生率明显少于对照组患者，数据经分析有意义，p<0.05。结论 在内镜治疗胃溃疡出血患者时给予适当的护理方式进行干预，能够提升患者的治疗效果和生活质量，减少不良反应和再出血的发生，在临床上有积极意义，可推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the nursing points of endoscopic treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding patients.
Methods 88 cases of bleeding gastric ulcer patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 44 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing after endoscopic treatment, while patients in the experimental group were given nursing intervention with nursing measures on this basis. The quality of life, adverse reactions and rebleeding of patients in the two groups were compared.
Results The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the data were statistically significant (p<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and rebleeding were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the data were statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Appropriate nursing intervention in the endoscopic treatment of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding can improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and rebleeding, which has positive significance in clinical practice and can be promoted.
