摘要
目的 探究神经内科重症患者护理中,联合应用心理护理、细节管理的临床价值。方法 于2020年1月~2022年12月我院神经内科收治的重症患者中抽取80例进行本次研究,电脑流水号法分组,对照组(单号)40例开展常规护理;研究组(双号)40例,在常规护理基础上应用心理护理+细节管理。对比两组患者负面情绪评分(焦虑、抑郁)、睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果 护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分比较,研究组均<对照组(P<0.05);护理后PQSI评分比较,研究组<对照组,QOL评分比较,研究组>对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度97.5%>对照组85%(P<0.05)。结论 心理护理+细节管理用于神经内科重症患者护理中,可改善患者不良情绪,提高其睡眠质量及生活质量,护理满意度高,应用价值大。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of combining psychological nursing and detail management in the nursing of severe patients in neurology department. Methods From January 2020 to December 2022, 80 patients with severe diseases were selected from the Department of Neurology of our hospital for this study. The patients were divided into two groups by serial number method. The control group (single number) had 40 patients who received routine nursing, while the study group (double number) had 40 patients who received psychological nursing + detail management on the basis of routine nursing. Negative emotion score (anxiety, depression), sleep quality score, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the HAMA score and HAMD score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P; The comparison of PQSI scores after nursing in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the comparison of QOL scores in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.5% higher than that of the control group (85%, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing + detail management in the nursing of severe patients in neurology department can improve the patients’ bad mood, improve their sleep quality and quality of life, with high nursing satisfaction and great application value.
