摘要

目的 探讨Orem自理模式在肝移植术后早期康复运动中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年6月到2020年7月于本院进行肝移植的62例患者进行回顾性分析，根据是否采用 Orem自理模式干预将其分为观察组和对照组。对照组：29例，采取常规的护理干预；观察组：33例，在常规护理的基础上采取Orem自理模式干预。比较两组患者转出ICU时的日常生活活动能力（MBI）评分、Rivermead运动指数（RMI）、肌力评级（MRC）以及自我护理能力测定量表（ESCA）评分。结果 进行干预前，两组患者各项评分差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，两组患者的MBI评分、RMI指数、MRC评级以及ESCA评分均升高，且观察组均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对肝移植术后患者早期康复运动中进行Orem自理模式干预可有效提高患者的生活能力、运动功能以及自护能力，安全有效。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of Orem self-care mode in early rehabilitation exercise after liver transplantation.
Methods Sixty-two patients who underwent liver transplantation in our hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were selected for retrospective analysis and divided into observation group and control group according to whether Orem self-care mode intervention was used. The Control Group (29 cases) received routine nursing intervention and the Observation Group (33 cases) received Orem self-care intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The MBI score, Rivermead movement index (RMI) , Muscle Strength Rating (MRC) and Self care assessment scale (ESCA) scores were compared between the two groups at the time of transfer from ICU.
Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups (p > 0.05) , after the intervention, the Mbi Score, Rmi Index, MRC score and ESCA score of the two groups were all increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group (p < 0.05).
Conclusion   Orem self-care mode intervention can effectively improve the living ability, motor function and self care ability of patients after liver transplantation, which is safe and effective.
