优质护理在泌尿外科护理中临床应用的效果观察

摘要

目的 优质护理应用于泌尿外科护理的临床疗效观察。方法 选取2021年6月-2022年6月在我院接受泌尿外科手术治疗的患者60例作为研究对象，根据电脑随机的方法将这60例患者平均分为两组，对照组遵循一般护理模式，观察组给予优质护理针对性干预。结果 经过一系列的研究分析对两组患者的住院总时长、并发症的发生率、比较恢复情况和病人护理满意度，观察组在以上几方面均好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。出院时两组情绪状态均明显改善。结论 针对泌尿外科患者采用优质护理临床应用效果良好，可以减少并发症的出现，提高护理满意度，减少护患纠纷发生的可能性，提高医院的护理质量，对患者的后续恢复也有很好的作用，具有重要的实施意义。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of high quality nursing in urology nursing.
Methods 60 cases of patients who received urological surgery in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects. According to the method of computer randomization, these 60 cases of patients were divided into two groups on average. The control group followed the general nursing mode, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing targeted intervention.
Results After a series of research analysis of the two groups of patients in the total length of hospital stay, the incidence of complications, comparative recovery and patient care satisfaction, the observation group in the above aspects are better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The emotional state of both groups was significantly improved at discharge.
Conclusion   The clinical application of high quality nursing for urological patients has good effect, which can reduce the occurrence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the possibility of nurse-patient disputes, improve the quality of hospital nursing, and has a good effect on the follow-up recovery of patients, and has important implementation significance.
