摘要
目的 分析在糖尿病性视网膜病治疗中开展眼科整体护理干预的临床效果。方法 在2020年10月至2022年10月期间我医院接收的糖尿病性视网膜病患者中随机抽取出60例作为分析对象，通过随机选取法将纳入的病例分成观察组30例和对照组30例，给予对照组临床常规护理，给予观察组眼科整体护理干预，对比两组最终取得的临床护理效果。结果 护理后两组各指标结果比较显示，观察组的护理管理质量、患者对健康知识掌握度和自我管理行为与对照组相比均明显提高，患者的血糖水平控制效果、视力功能以及生活质量改善效果均优于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 在糖尿病性视网膜病患者管理中开展眼科整体护理干预，可使临床护理服务质量得到良好提升，增强患者对疾病的认知度，提高患者的用药依从性以及自我管理能力，从而提高患者血糖及视力功能改善效果，改善患者生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of holistic ophthalmic care intervention in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods in October 2020 to October 2022 during my hospital received diabetic retinopathy patients randomly selected 60 cases as the analysis object, through the random selection method will include cases into observation group 30 cases and control group 30 cases, give control group clinical routine care, give observation group ophthalmology overall care intervention, compare the two groups finally achieve clinical care effect. Results The comparison of the results of the two groups after nursing showed that the quality of nursing management, health knowledge mastery and self-management behavior of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group, and the effect of blood sugar level control, visual function and quality of life improvement were better than that of the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion in the management of diabetic retinopathy patients in ophthalmology overall nursing intervention, can make clinical nursing service quality, enhance the awareness of disease, improve medication compliance and self management ability, so as to improve the blood sugar and vision function improvement effect, improve the quality of life of patients.
