摘要
目的 针对脑卒中患者实施治疗，重点分析品管圈方案在康复护理健康教育中发挥的作用，致力于改善患者的生活质量，提升疾病治疗效果。方法 针对80例脑卒中患者为对象，时间为2021年1月-2022年9月，按照随机分组法将患者划分为两个组别，对照组为常规管理措施，观察组为品管圈方案，对比治疗成果。结果 从数据可见，观察组患者在疾病知识掌握情况的评分高于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，在ESCA自我护理能力评估中，观察组数据高于对照，差异显著（P＜0.05）。最后，在生活质量对比下，观察组患者高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 采用品管圈管理对于脑卒中患者的康复指导效果显著，可提升健康教育指导水平，患者的自我护理意识提升，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To implement treatment for stroke patients, focus on analyzing the role of quality control circle program in rehabilitation and nursing health education, and strive to improve the quality of life of patients, and improve the effect of disease treatment. Methods For 80 stroke patients from January 2021 to September 2022, the patients were divided into two groups according to the randomization method, the control group was the routine management measure, the observation group was the quality control circle scheme, and the treatment results were compared. Results From the data, the score of the disease knowledge of the observed patients was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Meanwhile, in the ESCA self-care ability assessment, the observation group data were higher than the control data, with significant differences (P <0.05). Finally, under the quality of life comparison, the observation group was higher than the control group, with significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Pipe control circle management has a significant effect on rehabilitation guidance for stroke patients, which can improve the level of health education and guidance, and enhance patients' self-care awareness, which is worth promoting.
