摘要
肝包虫病是肝脏慢性寄生虫病，因棘球呦虫寄生于肝脏内所导致。多应用手术治疗，但大部分患者发现患病时多已至晚期，肝脏内的重要血管、胆管及周围脏器受浸，根治性切除率低。术后患者不需使用免疫抑制剂，不仅能降低治疗费，而且还可避免服用免疫抑制剂造成的副反应。鉴于此，对我院首例全离体肝包虫切除联合自体肝移植围手术期护理方法进行分析，现将其护理方案简述如下。

Abstract
Hepatic echinococcosis is a chronic parasitic disease of the liver, which is caused by the parasite of the Hydatid. Many surgical treatments were used, but most patients were found to have advanced disease, and the important blood vessels, bile ducts and surrounding organs in the liver were soaked, and the radical resection rate was low. Postoperative patients do not need to use immunosuppressants, which can not only reduce the treatment cost, but also avoid the side effects caused by immunosuppressants. In view of this, the perioperative nursing methods of the first case of total isolated liver hydatid resection combined with autologous liver transplantation in our hospital were analyzed, and the nursing plan was summarized as follows.
