微课教学在耳鼻喉科临床护理实习生带教中的价值探讨

摘要

目的 探究耳鼻喉科临床护理实习生带教过程中开展微课教学模式的具体作用。方法 按照对比带教观察的方式开展探究,纳入2021年3月至2022年9月在本院耳鼻喉科进行护理实习的实习生50名为样本,盲选分组的方式均分为对照组(25例,常规带教)和观察组(25例,以微课进行带教教学)。分析带教效果。结果 对比两组理论考试成绩以及实践操作能力,观察组均优于对照组,P<0.05。对两组实习生对于教学效果的评价情况,观察组同样优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在进行耳鼻喉科临床护理实习生带教的过程中开展微课教学,可以有效提升该方面带教工作质量,促使学生更好的对护理知识进行掌握和运用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the specific role of micro teaching mode in the teaching process of clinical nursing interns in otorhinolaryngology.
Methods The research was carried out in the way of comparative teaching and observation, and 50 interns who carried out nursing practice in the otorhinolaryngology department of our hospital from February 2021 to April 2022 were included as samples. The blind grouping was divided into the control group (25 cases, regular teaching) and the observation group (25 cases, micro teaching). Analyze the teaching effect.
Results Comparing the theoretical examination results and practical operation ability of the two groups, the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). For the evaluation of the teaching effect of the two groups of interns, the observation group was also better than the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Carrying out micro teaching in the process of teaching clinical nursing interns in otorhinolaryngology can effectively improve the quality of teaching in this area, and promote students to better grasp and use nursing knowledge.
