摘要
目的 分析耳鼻咽喉头颈外科护理教学中应用阶梯教学法联合案例教学的效果。方法 此次研究时间定在2021年1月到2022年1月份,研究对象为上述期间我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的50名实习护生,根据护理教学方法的不同分成两组,采用常规护理教学方法的为对照组,采用阶梯教学法联合案例教学的为研究组,各组有25名实习护生,对分别教学后的护理教学效果以及考核成绩进行比较。结果 研究组的理论知识、学习兴趣、主观能动性发挥、护理操作技能、协调沟通能力、分析归纳能力均高于对照组护生评分,P<0.05;研究组护生的考核成绩均高于对照组护生,P<0.05。结论 耳鼻咽喉头颈外科护理教学中采用阶梯教学法联合案例教学,会帮助实习护生掌握更多的护理知识、护理技能,使他们取得一个理想的实习成绩,值得运用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of the application of ladder teaching method combined with case teaching in the nursing teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery. Methods The study is scheduled for January 2021 to January 2022 months, the object of study for the department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery during the period of 50 practice nursing students, according to the different method of nursing teaching is divided into two groups, the conventional nursing teaching methods for the control group, adopting joint case teaching steps teaching method for the team, each group has 25 practice nursing students, To compare the nursing teaching effect and examination result after teaching respectively. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge, learning interest, subjective initiative, nursing operation skills, coordination and communication ability, analysis and induction ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The examination scores of nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of ladder teaching method combined with case teaching in the nursing teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery can help the nursing students to master more nursing knowledge and skills, so that they can achieve an ideal practice result, which is worthy of application.
