摘要
目的 探讨在外科门诊护理工作中采取优质护理服务的效用价值。方法 此次研究共选取134例患者进行对比实验，均为外科门诊所收治，采取盲抽方式根据护理模式的区别进行分组，沿用常规护理的对照组与实施优质护理服务的观察组各67例患者，对比两组实际应用效果。结果 经实验数据表明，观察组患者护理后SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组及护理前，与此同时疼痛程度减轻，相比对照组，观察组满意度更高（P＜0.05）。结论 对于外科门诊护理工作而言，优质护理服务能够有效改善患者负性情绪，降低其疼痛感，相比常规组患者满意度更高。

Abstract
Objective To explore the utility value of adopting high quality nursing service in surgical outpatient nursing. Methods A total of 134 patients were selected for comparative experiment in this study, all of whom were admitted to the surgical outpatient department. The blind extraction method was divided according to the difference of nursing mode. 67 patients were respectively in the control group of routine nursing and the observation group of high-quality nursing service. Results The experimental data showed that the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group and before nursing. At the same time, the degree of pain was reduced. Compared with the control group, the observation group was more satisfied (P < 0.05). Conclusion For surgical outpatient nursing work, quality nursing service can effectively improve patients' negative emotions, reduce their pain, compared with the conventional group of patients with higher satisfaction.
