摘要
目的 分析心理护理用于更年期心血管介入治疗的价值。方法 对2020年11月-2022年10月本科接诊更年期心血管介入治疗病人(n=72)进行随机分组,试验和对照组各36人,前者采取心理护理,后者行常规护理。对比SDS评分等指标。结果 关于SDS和SAS评分,干预结束时:试验组数据分别是(31.56±3.28)分、(33.49±3.97)分,和对照组数据(44.82±4.16)分、(45.32±4.85)分相比更低(P<0.05)。关于护理质量这个指标:试验组数据(97.93±1.56)分,和对照组数据(91.34±1.98)分相比更高(P<0.05)。关于满意度,试验组数据97.22%,和对照组数据80.56%相比更高(P<0.05)。关于护理纠纷这个指标:试验组发生率0.0%,和对照组数据13.89%相比更低(P<0.05)。结论 更年期心血管介入治疗病人用心理护理,负性情绪缓解更为迅速,满意度提升更加明显,护理质量也更高,护理纠纷发生率更低。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of psychological nursing for cardiovascular interventional therapy of menopause. Methods Patients (n=72) from November 2020 to October 2022 were randomized to 36 patients each in the control group, the former took psychological care and the latter did routine care. Contrast the SDS score and other indicators. Results For SDS and SAS scores, at the end of the intervention: (31.56 ± 3.28), (33.49 ± 3.97), and lower than control data (44.82 ± 4.16), (45.32 ± 4.85), respectively (P <0.05). For this indicator of quality of care: the test group data (97.93 ± 1.56) score was higher than the control group data (91.34 ± 1.98) score (P <0.05). Regarding satisfaction, the test group data was 97.22%, much higher than 80.56% in the control group (P <0.05). On the index of nursing disputes: the incidence rate was 0.0%, which was lower than 13.89% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with psychological nursing of menopausal cardiovascular intervention treatment, the negative mood is relieved more quickly, with more obvious satisfaction improvement, higher nursing quality and lower incidence of nursing disputes.
