Effectiveness of evidence-based rehabilitation care in patients undergoing femoral fracture surgery
基于循证理念的康复护理在股骨骨折手术患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 针对股骨骨折手术患者实施治疗，重点分析循证理念的康复护理方案的要点和成效。方法 针对80例股骨骨折手术患者为对象，时间为2020年1月到2022年10月，按照随机分组法将患者划分为两个组别，对照组为常规护理指导，观察组为循证理念的康复护理，对比治疗成果。结果 从数据可见，观察组患者关节活动情况优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，两组患者康复运动效能评分中，观察组在任务自我效能以及应对自我效能评分上均高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。最后，在关节功能康复总疗效中，观察组患者优良率以92.5%，高于对照组的72.5%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 采用循证理念的康复护理对于股骨骨折手术患者，不仅改善了患者的关节功能，还提升了康复运动效能评分，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To treat patients undergoing femoral fracture surgery, and focus on the key points and effectiveness of evidence-based rehabilitation nursing program.
Methods For 80 patients with femoral fracture surgery from January 2020 to October 2022, the patients were divided into two groups according to the random group method, the control group was routine nursing guidance, and the observation group was evidence-based rehabilitation nursing, and the treatment results were compared.
Results From the data, the joint activity of the observation group was better than that of the control group and was statistically significant (P <0.05). At the same time, in the rehabilitation exercise efficacy score of the two groups, the observation group was higher than the control group in the task self-efficacy and coping self-efficacy scores, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Finally, in the overall efficacy of joint function rehabilitation, the excellent rate of patients in the observation group was 92.5%, which was higher than 72.5% in the control group, with a significant difference (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The evidence-based rehabilitation care for the patients undergoing femoral fracture surgery not only improves the joint function, but also improves the rehabilitation exercise performance score, which is worth promoting.
