摘要
目的 分析心律失常电生理检查患者采取优质护理的效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年12月进行电生理检查的心律失常患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组给予优质护理，对比效果。结果 观察组监测结果高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理可有效降低心律失常患者进行电生理检验中出现的心电图伪差发生率，提高检出率及护理质量评分。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing for patients with arrhythmia undergoing electrophysiological examination. Methods 80 patients with arrhythmias who underwent electrophysiological examination from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing care to compare the effects. Results The monitoring results in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of ECG artifacts in electrophysiological tests of patients with arrhythmia, and improve the detection rate and nursing quality score.
