结直肠癌腹腔镜手术区块化器械摆放与清点探讨

摘要

目的 探究结直肠癌腹腔镜手术区块化器械摆放与清点探讨。方法 选取2019年01月-2019年12月期间对30例结直肠癌患者进行腹腔镜手术时，手术设备与器械实施常规管理，看作为对照组；2020年01月-2020年12月期间对30例结直肠癌患者进行腹腔镜手术时，进行精细化手术器械管理法，看作为观察组。分别对比两组手术过程使用器械不良状态的发生、手术患者的各项临床指标。结果 观察组的手术过程不良状态明显低于对照组，手术患者的各项临床指标也显著的优于对照组。结论 对结直肠癌腹腔镜手术器械实施对结直肠癌腹腔镜手术器械实施分区域分类能够有效的促进手术的顺利进行，提高医护手术配合默契度和医生满意度，最终缩短手术时间，提高手术时效，促进患者恢复，能为临床护理提供依据。

Abstract

Objective To explore the placement and inventory of block instruments in laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.
Methods Thirty patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the control group, and the surgical equipment and instruments were routinely managed. From January 2020 to December 2020, 30 patients with colorectal cancer underwent laparoscopic surgery, and the refined surgical instrument management method was used as the observation group. The incidence of poor use of surgical instruments and the clinical indicators of patients were compared between the two groups.
Results The adverse status of the operation process in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the clinical indicators of the operation patients were also significantly better than that in the control group.
Conclusion   for laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgical instruments for laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery instrument subregional classification can effectively promote the operation smoothly, improve medical surgery with the tacit understanding degree and doctor degree of satisfaction, eventually shorten the operation time, improve the operation time, promote the patient recover, can provide basis for clinical nursing.
