摘要
目的 评估在对医院护理管理的过程中将精细化管理模式进行运用的作用。方法 我院在2021年2月开展将精细化管理模式运用到护理管理实践的过程中，分析实施前后各1年时间内护理管理工作的质量变化情况，本次研究中所涉及到护理人员共计18名，管理前后各1年时间均为同一批护理人员。结果 结合对比可见，在管理后患者护理满意度、护理工作质量，包括病例书写、患者沟通以及交接班管理等环节评分均明显高于管理前，P<0.05。结论 在进行护理管理的过程中将精细化管理模式进行运用，可以促使护理管理工作的综合质量水平得到提升，更可以增加患者对临床护理工作的满意度。

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of fine management mode in the process of hospital nursing management. Methods Our hospital carried out the process of applying the fine management mode to nursing management practice in February 2021, and analyzed the quality changes of nursing management within 1 year before and after the implementation. A total of 18 nurses were involved in this study, and they were the same group of nurses before and after the management for 1 year. Results Combined with the comparison, it can be seen that after the management, patients' nursing satisfaction, nursing work quality, including case writing, patient communication and shift management scores were significantly higher than before the management, P<0.05. Conclusion s The application of fine management mode in the process of nursing management can promote the comprehensive quality level of nursing management and increase the satisfaction of patients with clinical nursing work.
