摘要
目的 探究新护士规范化培训中执行全程双导师小组制的教学效用。方法 以我院新聘护士60名为分析对象,纳入时间为2022年1月至2023年12月。选用随机抽签法将所有护士分为两组,即对照组、研究组,每组新护士各30名。对照组新护士执行常规培训模式,研究组新护士执行全程双导师小组制教学模式。比较两组新护士的考核成绩、培训体验感、综合能力及对培训的满意度。结果 研究组新护士所收获的考核成绩更高,且在培训体验感、综合能力方面的评分更优,与对照组差异P<0.05;同时,研究组的培训满意度也高于对照组,差异P<0.05。结论 在新护士规范化培训中应用全程双导师小组制,有利于培养新护士的多方面能力,帮助其树立正确的职业观及护理专业精神,促进其更快、更好地适应临床护理工作,值得关注与推行。

Abstract
Objective To explore the teaching effectiveness of implementing the whole process dual mentor group system in standardized training for new nurses. Methods A total of 60 newly recruited nurses from our hospital were analyzed, and the inclusion period was from January 2022 to December 2023. All nurses were randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group and the research group, with 30 new nurses in each group. The new nurses in the control group implemented the conventional training mode, while the new nurses in the research group implemented the whole process double tutor group teaching mode. The evaluation scores, training experience, core competencies, and satisfaction with training of the two groups of new nurses were compared. Results The new nurses in the study group received higher assessment scores, and scored better in terms of training experience and core competence, with a difference of P<0.05 compared to the control group; Meanwhile, the training satisfaction of the research group was also higher than that of the control group, with a difference of P<0.05. Conclusion The application of the whole process dual mentor group system in the standardized training of new nurses is conducive to cultivating the multiple abilities of new nurses, helping them establish a correct professional outlook and nursing professionalism, and promoting them to adapt to clinical nursing work faster and better. It is worth paying attention to and promoting.
