Application of comprehensive nursing in uterine myoma patients during perioperative period
综合护理在子宫肌瘤患者围术期中的应用探析

摘要

目的 分析综合护理用于子宫肌瘤围术期的价值。方法 对2021年1月-2022年3月本科接诊子宫肌瘤手术病人（n=120）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各60人，前者采取综合护理，后者行常规护理。对比住院时间等指标。结果 关于住院时间：试验组数据（5.19±1.07）d，和对照组（7.18±1.93）d相比更短（P＜0.05）。并发症：试验组的发生率3.33%，和对照组16.67%相比更低（P＜0.05）。SDS和SAS这两项数据，未干预时组间对比差异不显著（P＞0.05），干预后试验组比对照组低（P＜0.05）。依从性：试验组数据98.33%，和对照组88.33%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 子宫肌瘤围术期用综合护理，住院时间更短，并发症发生率更低，心态改善更加明显，依从性提升更为迅速。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing in the perioperative period of uterine myoma.
Methods From January 2021 to March 2022, 120 undergraduate patients (n=120) with uterine myoma surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. The former received comprehensive nursing, while the latter received routine nursing. Compare the length of hospital stay and other indicators.
Results The length of hospital stay in the experimental group was (5.19±1.07) d, which was shorter than that in the control group (7.18±1.93) d (P < 0.05). Complications: The incidence of the experimental group was 3.33%, which was lower than that of the control group (16.67%) (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS data between the two groups without intervention (P > 0.05), and the experimental group was lower than the control group after intervention (P < 0.05). Compliance: 98.33% in the experimental group, which was higher than 88.33% in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The perioperative comprehensive nursing of uterine fibroids can shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the mentality more obviously, and improve the compliance more rapidly.
