Analysis of the effect of nursing intervention in perioperative endovascular repairof thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm
护理干预在胸腹主动脉瘤腔内修复术围手术期的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 观察在对胸腹主动脉瘤腔内修复术患者进行护理的过程中实施综合护理干预的作用。方法 按照对比护理观察的方式开展研究，共计纳入患者68例，开展时间为2021年2月至2022年4月，按照盲选分组的方式均分为对照组（34例，常规护理）和观察组（34例，综合护理干预）。分析护理效果间差异。结果 对比两组患者手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量，观察组均明显优于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组患者在治疗期间的不良反应情况，观察组发生率低于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组护理满意度，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对胸腹主动脉瘤腔内修复术患者进行术期护理中将综合护理干预进行运用，可以减少术中出血量，缩短患者住院时间，降低患者术后并发症发生率，提升患者护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the process of nursing care for patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm undergoing endovascular repair.
Methods A total of 68 patients were enrolled in the study according to the way of comparative nursing observation. The study was conducted from February 2021 to April 2022. According to the way of blind grouping, they were divided into the control group (34 cases, regular nursing) and the observation group (34 cases, comprehensive nursing intervention). Analyze the difference of nursing effect.
Results Compared the operation time, hospital stay and intraoperative bleeding volume of the two groups, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). By comparing the adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment, the incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative nursing of patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm undergoing endovascular repair can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, shorten the hospital stay, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing.
