Application of modified pressure ulcer risk assessment scale in the nursing of pressure ulcer in orthopedic surgery patients
改良压疮风险评估量表在骨科手术患者压疮护理中的应用

摘要

目的 在骨科手术患者压疮护理中应用改良压疮风险评估量表的应用分析。方法 选择120例自愿参与的骨科患者，采用随机分组的方法分入参照组（60例，常规护理），研究组（30例，改良压疮风险评估量表应用后的针对性护理），对护理结果进行比较。结果 研究组压疮发生率明显低于参照组，即（1.67%）＜（10.0%），存在差异和统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组满意度明显高于参照组，即（98.33%）＞（86.67%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 子啊骨科手术患者中采用改良压疮风险评估量表并实施针对性的压疮护理，能够有效地减少压疮发生率，对护理质量的提高有着积极作用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application of modified pressure ulcer risk assessment scale in the nursing of orthopedic surgery patients.
Methods A total of 120 orthopedic patients were randomly divided into the reference group (60 cases, routine nursing) and the study group (30 cases, targeted nursing after the application of modified pressure ulcer risk assessment scale), and the nursing results were compared.
Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, that is, (1.67%) < (10.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (98.33% > 86.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of modified pressure ulcer risk assessment scale and targeted pressure ulcer nursing in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer and play a positive role in improving the quality of nursing.
