心脏血管外科护理教学渗透思政教育的策略

摘要

目的 讨论研究心脏血管外科护理教学渗透思政教育的策略。方法 将2020年10月-2022年10月我院心脏血管外科护理实习生146人纳入研究范围,利用随机分配法划分两组(研究组及参照组),且两组人数相同,研究组实习生实习期间接受课程思政教育授课模式、参照组实习生实习期间接受传统授课模式,观察两组理论考核成绩和工作能力考核成绩以及教学满意度情况,并分析对比所得数据进行,以此作为本次研究的判定标准。结果 数据显示,两组理论考核成绩和工作能力考核成绩在教学前各项评分未见明显差异(P>0.05);教学后,研究组理论考核成绩以及工作能力考核成绩明显高于参照组,两组数据体现出研究组更具优势性,对比结果P<0.05,统计学研究成立。总满意率研究组70(95.89%)高于参照组53(72.60%),对比结果P<0.05,统计学研究成立。结论 临床针对心脏血管外科护理教学期间融入渗透思政教育,可很大程度提升护理实习生理论知识、工作能力等水平,从而在临床为患者提供更合理、优质的护理服务,高质量的护理教学得到实习生的认可,建议推广。

Abstract

Objective To discuss and study the strategy of ideological and political education in nursing teaching of cardiac and vascular surgery.
Methods in October 2020 - in October 2022, our hospital cardiovascular surgical nursing internship 146 people into the scope of research, using the method of random distribution divided two groups (group and control group), and the same number of two groups of research group interns internship accepted course education education teaching mode, reference group interns internship accepted traditional teaching mode, The theoretical assessment scores, work ability assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were observed, and the data obtained were analyzed and compared, which were used as the judgment criteria of this study.
Results The data showed that there was no significant difference in the scores of theory assessment and work ability assessment between the two groups before teaching (P > 0.05). After teaching, the theoretical examination results and work ability examination results of the research group were significantly higher than those of the reference group, and the two groups of data showed that the research group had more advantages. The comparison result was P < 0.05, and the statistical study was established. The overall satisfaction rate of the study group (70, 95.89%) was higher than that of the reference group (53, 72.60%), and the comparison result was P < 0.05, indicating that the statistical study was established.
Conclusion  s The integration of ideological and political education into nursing teaching of cardiac and vascular surgery can greatly improve the theoretical knowledge and work ability of nursing interns, so as to provide more reasonable and high-quality nursing services for patients in clinical practice. High-quality nursing teaching has been recognized by interns and is recommended to be popularized.
