Effect analysis of health education and psychological nursing in postpartum hemorrhage nursing
产后出血护理中实施健康教育及心理护理的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析临床干预产妇分娩后出血期间予以心理干预、健康教育指导等护理效果探究。方法 本次研究选取我院临床诊治产妇90例，作为分析案例，研究起始时间为2021年1月开始，拟定相关研究计划，并依照需求收集分析数据，直至2022年7月截止，将研究纳入产妇依照其护理方式进行分组，对照组、研究组产妇人数均为45例，对照组予以基础护理，研究组予以心理干预、健康教育指导，比较两组产妇健康知识掌握程度、护理满意度、心理情绪等。结果 经研究，研究组产妇健康知识掌握程度（97.77%）比较对照组产妇（84.44%），对照组相关知识掌握度较差，两组产妇护理满意度相比较，结果为（80.00%）、（95.55%），研究组产妇护理满意度较高，两组产妇心理情绪比较，研究组产妇焦虑、抑郁等情绪与对照组产妇相比较，对照组产妇抑郁、焦虑情况较为明显，临床对比具备统计学差异，（P<0.05）。结论 临床干预产妇分娩期间予以心理干预、健康教育等服务，具有极高的临床应用价值，能够有效改善内心多种不良情绪，提高护理工作满意度及相关症状认知情况，值得临床广泛推荐使用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of psychological intervention and health education guidance during the period of maternal hemorrhage after delivery.
Methods: This study selected the hospital clinical diagnosis and treatment, 90 cases of maternal, as case analysis, to study the starting time for January 2021, develop a plan of related research, collect and analyze data and in accordance with the demand, until July 2022 deadline, the research into women in accordance with the nursing methods of group, control group, the team number are 45 cases, The control group was given basic nursing, while the study group was given psychological intervention and health education guidance. The degree of maternal health knowledge, nursing satisfaction and psychological emotion were compared between the two groups.
Results: After the study, the maternal health knowledge of the study group (97.77%) was compared with that of the control group (84.44%), the control group had poor knowledge mastery, the maternal nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared, the results were (80.00%), (95.55%), the maternal nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher, the psychological and emotional comparison of the two groups, Compared with the control group, the maternal anxiety and depression in the study group were more obvious, and the clinical comparison had statistical differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Psychological intervention, health education and other services of clinical intervention during childbirth have high clinical application value, which can effectively improve a variety of adverse emotions in the heart, improve the satisfaction of nursing work and the cognition of related symptoms, and is worth widely recommended in clinical practice.
