Effect analysis of evidence-based nursing in medical oncology patients
循证护理在肿瘤内科患者护理中的效果分析

摘要
目的 分析循证护理用于肿瘤内科的价值。方法 对2021年3月-2022年3月本院肿瘤内科接诊病人（n=200）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各100人，前者采取循证护理，后者行常规护理。对比护理投诉率等指标。结果 关于护理投诉率，试验组的数据是0，和对照组的6.0%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于VAS评分，在干预结束之时：试验组的数据（2.14±0.72）分，和对照组（4.59±0.93）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于sf-36和SAS评分，在干预结束之时，试验组的评估结果更好（P＜0.05）。结论 肿瘤内科用循证护理，病人预后更好，疼痛感更轻，护理投诉率更低，焦虑情绪缓解也更为迅速。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based nursing in medical oncology. Methods From March 2021 to March 2022, patients (n=200) in the oncology department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: 100 patients in the trial and 100 patients in the control group. The former received evidence-based nursing, while the latter received routine nursing. Compare nursing complaint rate and other indicators. Results The nursing complaint rate of the experimental group was 0, which was lower than that of the control group (6.0%) (P < 0.05). VAS score, at the end of the intervention, was lower in the experimental group (2.14±0.72) than in the control group (4.59±0.93) (P < 0.05). For SF-36 and SAS scores, at the end of the intervention, the test group had better results (P < 0.05). Conclusion Patients with evidence-based nursing in medical oncology have better prognosis, less pain, lower nursing complaint rate and faster anxiety relief.
