The effect of psychological nursing on the negative emotions of young and middle-aged patients withcoronary heart disease
心理护理对中青年冠心病患者负性情绪的影响

摘要

目的 分析研究青年冠心病患者护理中采取心理护理对其负性情绪的影响。方法 于2020年2月-2021年2月期间本院收治的68例中青年冠心病患者为本次研究对象。通过随机数字表法分为两组，即为对照组和实验组，其中对照组接受常规护理，实验组在此基础上采取心理护理，每组各有34例。对两组护理后的效果进行比较分析。结果 实验组的焦虑、抑郁评分相比较对照组较低（P＜0.05）。两组治疗依从性对比分析，可见实验组较高（P＜0.05）。两组生活质量对比分析可见，实验组相对较高（P＜0.05）。两组护理满意度对比分析，可见实验组较高（P＜0.05）。结论 在中青年冠心病患者护理中给予心理护理，能够显著缓解其负面情绪，提升其治疗依从性，同时能够提高患者的生活质量，进而患者对心理护理效果较为满意。此种方法可在临床上推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the influence of psychological nursing on the negative emotions of young patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods From February 2020 to February 2021, 68 young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were the subjects of this study. They were divided into two groups by random number table method, namely the control group and the experimental group. The control group received routine nursing care, and the experimental group received psychological nursing care on this basis, with 34 cases in each group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.
Results The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The comparative analysis of the treatment compliance between the two groups showed that the experimental group was higher (P<0.05). The comparative analysis of the quality of life between the two groups showed that the experimental group was relatively higher (P<0.05). Comparative analysis of nursing satisfaction between the two groups showed that the experimental group was higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological nursing in the nursing of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease can significantly relieve their negative emotions, improve their compliance with treatment, and improve the quality of life of patients, so that patients are more satisfied with the effect of psychological nursing. This method can be popularized and applied clinically.
