Effect of holistic ophthalmic nursing on diabetes retinopathy
糖尿病性视网膜病变的眼科整体护理效果

摘要

目的 分析将整体护理用于糖尿病性视网膜病变患者临床护理内的效果。方法 从2021年1月-2022年6月区间因糖尿病性视网膜病变入院的患者内随机选择120例展开实验，根据护理模式对患者进行分组，即实验与对照，每组内患者人数为60例。对照组内整体患者接受常规护理，实验组内全部患者实施整体护理，对比干预效果。结果 结果显示，实验组总满意度分别为95%，对照组总满意度75%，P＜0.05。护理后，实验组生活质量优于对照组，P＜0.05。干预前，两组不良情绪无差异，P＞0.05。干预后，实验组不良情绪低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者实施眼科整体护理，可以改善患者的生活质量，提升满意度，降低不良情绪。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the effect of holistic nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with diabetes retinopathy.
Methods from January 2021 to June 2022, 120 patients with diabetes retinopathy were randomly selected to carry out the experiment. The patients were divided into groups according to the nursing mode, that is, experiment and control. The number of patients in each group was 60. The whole patients in the control group received routine nursing, and all patients in the experimental group received holistic nursing, and the intervention effect was compared.
Results the results showed that the total satisfaction of the experimental group was 95% and that of the control group was 75%, P < 0.05. After nursing, the quality of life in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Before intervention, there was no difference in bad mood between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the bad mood in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   the implementation of ophthalmic holistic nursing for patients with diabetes retinopathy can improve the quality of life of patients, enhance satisfaction and reduce negative emotions.
