Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on reducing dry eye after phacoemulsification
综合护理干预对减少白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨研究综合护理干预在临床的应用价值，并深入分析将此项护理应用于白内障超声乳化术后干眼症患者护理中，验证其有效性。方法 收集80例在2021年4月~2022年4月期间我院行白内障超声乳化术病例，判定其符合纳入标准后，展开分组研究，组别命名为对照组、观察组。分别实施不同的护理措施后，对两组患者术后干眼症发生情况、术后眼部情况、护理满意度情况进行调查，对各项数据进行分析、比较，并将其予以整合做详细阐述。结果 由研究结果数据方面上可见，观察组在术后干眼症发生情况、术后眼部情况、护理满意度情况统计中，各项数据指标均远远优于对照组，组间数据达到p=0.001＜0.05，存在对比性。结论 将综合护理干预护理运用在白内障超声乳化术后护理中，予以实施科学有效的、合理的护理措施，其护理效果显著，可大幅降低患者术后干眼症发生率，改善干眼症症状，进而促进患者康复，且患者反响较好，建议推广运用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of the comprehensive nursing intervention, and to evaluate the care of the dry eye patients after cataract phacoemulsification.
Methods After collecting 80 cases of cataract phacoemulsification in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022, and after meeting the inclusion criteria, the group study was conducted and named as control group and observation group. After the implementation of different nursing measures, the occurrence of postoperative dry eye disease, postoperative eye condition and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were investigated, and the data were analyzed and compared, which were integrated and elaborated in detail.
Results The results can be seen from the study results and data. All the statistics of postoperative dry eye occurrence, postoperative eye condition and nursing satisfaction were far better than those of the control group, and the data between the groups reached p=0.001 <0.05.
Conclusion   comprehensive nursing intervention nursing used in cataract phacoemulsification postoperative care, to implement scientific and effective and reasonable nursing measures, the nursing effect is significant, can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative dry eye, improve dry eye symptoms, and promote the recovery of patients with, and patients responded well, suggested to use.
