Application of objective management in nursing management of traditional Chinese Medicine
目标管理法在中医护理管理中的应用

摘要

目的 探究院内中医护理管理中的应用目标管理办法的作用。方法 文章研究人员选取时间2021年2月到2022年2月，共选取临床研究患者60人，院内护理工作者60人，根据目标管理法实施的时间随机分成研究组（2021.2-2021.8）、对照组（2021.8-2022.2），每组护理工作者和患者各30人，比对组间管理效果。结果 两组护理质量相比研究组各项质量评价分数明显更高，P值＜0.05；研究组护理人员各项自我评价分数均超出对照组，P值小于0.05；研究组院内护理不良事件发生率明显低于对照组，P值小于0.05。结论 在中医护理管理过程中，实施目标管理法可以明显提升管理质量和护理人员素质，减少院内不良护理投诉事件的发生。

Abstract

Objective To explore the role of objective management in hospital traditional Chinese medicine nursing management.
Methods from February 2021 to February 2022, the researchers selected a total of 60 patients for clinical research and 60 nursing workers in the hospital. According to the implementation time of the goal management method, they were randomly divided into the research group (2021.2-2021.8) and the control group (2021.8-2022.2), with 30 nursing workers and patients in each group, and compared the management effect between groups.
Results the scores of nursing quality evaluation in the study group were significantly higher than those in the two groups (P < 0.05); The self-evaluation scores of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group, P value was less than 0.05; The incidence of adverse nursing events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   in the process of nursing management of traditional Chinese medicine, the implementation of target management method can significantly improve the quality of management and the quality of nursing staff, and reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing complaints in the hospital.
