摘要
目的 探讨综合护理对严重创伤性休克患者的急诊护理效果。方法 将我院2021年1月-2022年1月80例严重创伤性休克患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施综合护理。比较两组护理前后格拉斯哥昏迷评分、护理满意度、住院时间。结果 实验组格拉斯哥昏迷评分高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，，P＜0.05。结论 严重创伤性休克患者实施综合护理效果确切。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on emergency nursing of patients with severe traumatic shock. Methods A total of 80 patients with severe traumatic shock in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing. Glasgow coma score, nursing satisfaction and hospital stay were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results Glasgow coma score of experimental group was higher than control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than control group, hospitalization time was shorter than control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing effect of severe traumatic shock patients is accurate.
