摘要
目的 分析应用综合护理对创伤性膝关节僵硬使用粘连松解术患者的疗效的影响。方法 随机抽取我院在2019年7月-2020年12月期间接收的60例创伤性膝关节僵硬患者作为研究对象，采用抽签法进行分组，每组30例，设置为对照组、实验组，对照组用常规护理，实验组联合护理（综合护理）。比较两组患者的护理情况。结果 实验组关节活动度高于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组日常生活能力评分、下肢功能评分高于对照组（P＜0.05），数值之间具有对比意义。实验组患者的疼痛评分低于对照组，数据对比存在差异（P<0.05）。实验组患者的满意程度高于对照组，数据对比存在差异（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理结合常规护理能够促进创伤性膝关节僵硬康复，能够改善关节活动程度，临床诊疗效果值得肯定。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with traumatic knee joint stiffness using adhesiolysis. Methods 60 patients with traumatic knee stiffness received in our hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the research object, divided into groups by drawing lots, 30 cases in each group, set as control group, experimental group, control group with conventional nursing, combined nursing (comprehensive nursing) experimental group. The nursing situation of the two groups was compared. Results The range of motion in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of daily living ability and lower limb function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and there was a difference in data comparison (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and there were differences in data comparison (P < 0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with routine nursing can promote the rehabilitation of traumatic knee stiffness and improve the degree of joint activity, and the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect is worthy of affirmation.
