精细化护理管理模式对医院感染控制的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析精细化护理管理模式对医院感染控制的效果。方法 选取我院2021年1月－2022年3月住院的100例患者作为研究对象，采用随机分组法将其分为研究组与对照组，每组50例。对照组采取基础性护理措施，研究组采取精细化护理管理模式，对比两组院内感染发生率、护理质量评分、护理满意度。结果 研究组院内感染发生率低于对照组；研究组护理质量评分、护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 在医院感染控制中，实施精细化护理管理模式，可有效降低院内感染发生率，提高护理质量，继而提升护理满意度，树立医院的良好形象。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the effect of fine nursing management mode on nosocomial infection control.
Methods 100 patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group took basic nursing measures, and the study group took fine nursing management mode. The incidence of nosocomial infection, nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results the incidence of nosocomial infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group; The score of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   in the control of nosocomial infection, the implementation of fine nursing management mode can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection, improve the quality of nursing, then improve nursing satisfaction, and establish a good image of the hospital.
