化疗患者应用PICC和静脉输液港护理质量研究

摘要

目的 研究化疗患者应用PICC和静脉输液港护理质量。方法 此次研究的对象是2021.2月-2022.2月经我院治疗的100例化疗患者，采用随机分组的办法，将患者分成研究组、对照组，每组患者例数都为50例。对照组予以PICC护理，研究组予以静脉输液港护理，对两组分别护理干预后的护理质量展开评定。结果 在护理后不良反应发生率对比上，研究组的评分显著低于对照组，P＜0.05；在护理质量评分对比上，研究组的各项评分均高于对照组，P＜0.05；在护理满意度评分对比上，研究组的满意度评分明显高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 在对化疗患者提供临床服务时，通过静脉输液港护理形式的运用，可让患者不良反应发生的概率降低，同时提高整体的护理质量，使患者满意护理人员的工作。

Abstract

Objective To study the nursing quality of chemotherapy patients with PICC and intravenous infusion port.
Methods the subjects of this study were 100 chemotherapy patients treated in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received PICC nursing and the study group received intravenous infusion port nursing. The nursing quality of the two groups after nursing intervention was evaluated.
Results in terms of the incidence of adverse reactions after nursing, the score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); In the comparison of nursing quality scores, the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); In terms of nursing satisfaction score comparison, the satisfaction score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   when providing clinical services to chemotherapy patients, the use of intravenous infusion port nursing can reduce the probability of adverse reactions, improve the overall quality of nursing, and make patients satisfied with the work of nursing staff.
