共情护理在抑郁症患者中的应用

摘要

目的 共情护理在抑郁症患者中的应用。方法 实验选取2020年1月至2020年12月因抑郁症前来我院就诊的病人进行调研，参与本次调研病人均接受对症治疗与护理，本次调研共纳入80例病人。按照护理举措进行分组，每组均纳入40例病人。按照护理方式进行命名，分别为常规组、研究组。常规组所采用的护理方案为传统常规护理，研究组则采用共情护理。总结与探究2种护理方案实施效果。结果 护理前，常规组精神健康评分、躯体疼痛评分、精力评分、社会功能评分、自杀风险评分与研究组精神健康评分、躯体疼痛评分、精力评分、社会功能评分对照并无明显差异，（P<0.05）。护理后常规组精神健康评分、躯体疼痛评分、精力评分、社会功能评分有所提高，自杀风险评分降低与护理前相比有一定差异，（P<0.05）；护理后研究组精神健康评分、躯体疼痛评分、精力评分、社会功能评分有所提高，自杀风险评分降低与护理前相比有一定差异，（P<0.05）。虽然经过护理，常规组、研究组病人生活质量各项评分改善，但常规组精神健康评分、躯体疼痛评分、精力评分、社会功能评分均低于研究组，自杀风险评分高于研究组，相比有一定差异，（P<0.05）。结论 共情护理在抑郁症患者中的作用优异，此方案值得临床应用与普及。

Abstract

Objective The application of empathy nursing in patients with depression.
Methods The patients who came to our hospital for depression from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected for investigation. All the patients who participated in this investigation received symptomatic treatment and nursing. A total of 80 patients were included in this investigation. The patients were grouped according to nursing initiatives, and 40 patients were included in each group. According to the way of nursing, they were named as routine group and study group. Conventional nursing was used in the control group, while empathic nursing was used in the study group. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of two nursing programs.
Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences in mental health score, body pain score, energy score, social function score and suicide risk score between the conventional group and the study group (P<0.05). After nursing, mental health score, body pain score, energy score and social function score in routine group were improved, and suicide risk score was decreased significantly compared with that before nursing (P<0.05). Mental health score, body pain score, energy score and social function score were improved in the study group after nursing, and suicide risk score was decreased significantly compared with that before nursing (P<0.05). Although the quality of life scores of patients in the conventional group and the study group were improved after nursing, the mental health score, physical pain score, energy score and social function score in the conventional group were lower than those in the study group, and the suicide risk score was higher than that in the study group, with certain differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Empathy nursing plays an excellent role in patients with depression, and this program is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
