Observation on the effect of pain nursing and hospice care on improving the life of patientswith advanced gastric cancer
晚期胃癌患者治疗中疼痛护理和临终关怀对提升患者生活的作用效果观察

摘要

目的 观察将疼痛护理联合临终关怀用于晚期胃癌患者临床护理内的作用。方法 从2020年1月-2022年1月区间内晚期胃癌入院的患者内随机60例展开实验，根据护理形式对患者进行分组，即实验与对照，每组内人数为30例。对照组内整体均接受常规护理，实验组内患者均采取疼痛与临终关怀，对比相关指标。结果 实验组患者的总满意率为96.66%，对照组患者的总满意率为73.33%，实验组满意度显著高于对照组，P＜0.05。干预前，两组焦虑评分无差异，P＞0.05。干预后，实验组整体的焦虑分数与对照组整体相比更低，P＜0.05。两组患者在接受护理前以及护理后，疼痛指标并无差异，P＞0.05。而护理后，实验组整体的疼痛程度与对照组整体相比显著改善，P＜0.05。结论 对晚期胃癌患者实施疼痛护理与临床护理，可以改啥患者的疼痛程度，缓解焦虑，提升满意度。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the effect of pain nursing and hospice care for patients with advanced gastric cancer.
Methods from January 2020 to January 2022, 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into groups according to the form of nursing, namely experiment and control, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received routine care as a whole, and the patients in the experimental group received pain and hospice care, and the relevant indicators were compared.
Results the total satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 96.66%, and that of patients in the control group was 73.33%. The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before intervention, there was no difference in anxiety scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the anxiety score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the pain score between the experimental group and the control group before and after nursing, P > 0.05. There was a significant difference in the pain score between the two groups after nursing, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   pain nursing and clinical nursing for patients with advanced gastric cancer can improve the degree of pain, alleviate anxiety and improve satisfaction.
