摘要
目的 分析对肺结核患者实施优质护理后的护理效果以及依从性影响。方法 从2020年1月-2022年1月期间因肺结核入院的患者内随机选择76例展开本次实验，根据护理形式展开分组，即实验与对照，每组人数为38例。对照组整体接受常规护理，实验组内整体均接受优质护理，对比相关指标。结果 实验组生活质量评分中的六个项目均显著高于对照组的各项评分，对比发现P＜0.05。实验组总满意度为97.37%。对照组总满意度为81.58%。对比发现P＜0.05。实验组依从性高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 对肺结核患者实施优质护理措施，可以改善生活质量，提升满意度以及依从性。

Abstract
Objective to analyze the nursing effect and compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis patients after implementing high-quality nursing. Methods: from January 2020 to January 2022, 76 patients admitted due to pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly selected to carry out this experiment. They were divided into groups according to the form of nursing, that is, experiment and control, with 38 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing as a whole, and the experimental group received high-quality nursing as a whole. The relevant indicators were compared. Results: the scores of six items in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.37%. The total satisfaction of the control group was 81.58%. It was found that P < 0.05. The compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion : implementing high-quality nursing measures for tuberculosis patients can improve the quality of life, satisfaction and compliance.
