Nursing observation of emergency internal medicine in elderly patients with severe heart failure
老年重症心力衰竭患者的急诊内科护理观察

摘要

目的 探讨将急诊内科护理干预手段应用站在老年重症心力衰竭患者中的效用价值。方法 此次研究共选取78例老年重症心力衰竭患者进行对比实验，采取盲抽方式进行分组，对照与观察组分别39例，前者沿用常规护理，后者实施急诊内科护理模式，对两组患者护理前后的生活质量、心理状态评分以及满意度、临床疗效进行比较。结果 经研究表明，观察组患者护理后SAS、SDS以及生活质量评分均优于对照组与护理前，同时临床疗效及满意度也明显有所提升（P＜0.05）。结论 对于老年重症心力衰竭患者而言，给予急诊内科护理不仅能够有效改善其生活质量水平，提高治疗效果，更可减轻其负性情绪，相比常规组，患者满意度更高。

Abstract

Objective To explore the utility value of applying emergency medical nursing intervention in elderly patients with severe heart failure.
Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with severe heart failure were selected for comparative experiments in this study, and were divided into groups by blind sampling. There were 39 cases in the control group and the observation group. The quality of life, psychological state score, satisfaction, and clinical efficacy were compared before and after nursing.
Results The study showed that the scores of SAS, SDS and quality of life in the observation group after nursing were better than those in the control group and before nursing, and the clinical efficacy and satisfaction were also significantly improved (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For elderly patients with heart failure, emergency medical care can not only effectively improve their quality of life, improve the treatment effect, but also reduce their negative emotions. Compared with the conventional group, patients' satisfaction is higher.
