Application effect evaluation of rehabilitation nursing in orthopedic patientswith spinal cord injury after surgery
康复护理在骨科脊柱脊髓损伤患者术后的应用效果评价

摘要

目的 在骨科脊柱脊髓损伤患者中探讨康复护理的应用及效果。方法 本研究的主题是康复护理的应用。研究期限为1年，即2021年9月起至2022年9月结束，所有研究对象相关资料收集完成后，由专人统一整体和分析，本院所收治的60例患者为主要分析对象，并采用平均分组的方法建立研究小组，本研究共建立两个小组，一组为研究组获得30名患者，且本组所有患者均接受康复护理。另一组为参照组，同样获取30名患者，给予该小组患者常规护理，对比护理后效果。结果 研究组护理质量和满意度均高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对骨科脊柱脊髓损伤患者，采用康复护理，可提高临床效果。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application and effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with orthopedic spinal cord injury.
Methods The theme of this study is the application of rehabilitation nursing. Study period for 1 year, namely 2021 September until the end of September 2022, after completion of all research object related data collection, from staff unified whole and analysis, of 60 patients admitted in the school as the main object of analysis, and USES the average grouping method to establish the team, this study has established two groups, one group for the team of 30 patients, And all patients in this group received rehabilitation nursing. The other group was the reference group, and 30 patients were also obtained. The patients in this group were given routine nursing, and the effects after nursing were compared.
Results The nursing quality and satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with orthopedic spinal cord injury, rehabilitation nursing can improve the clinical effect.
