细节护理在神经介入护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 研究分析在神经介入护理中应用细节护理的临床效果。方法 本次研究将通过对照实验的形式展开，首先于某院神经外科中随机选取42例需接受神经介入治疗的患者，为其实施研究目的所述“细节护理”，命名为观察组；其次，于同一时期再次选取42例神经介入治疗患者参与实验，命名为对照组，在护理期间使用常规护理模式，并比较不同护理模式下的护理效果。结果 评估统计了两组患者的护理满意度情况，观察组中2例患者不满意，满意度95.23%，对照组中9例患者不满意，满意度78.57%，相比之下观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组，（P＜0.05）；其次，评估了两组患者的生活质量和睡眠质量，结果显示观察组以上指标相对更优，（P＜0.05）。结论 将细节护理应用于神经介入护理中有良好效果，可帮助提升患者生活质量和睡眠质量，并可提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of detailed nursing in neurointerventional nursing.
Methods This study will be carried out in the form of a controlled experiment. First, 42 patients who need to receive neurointerventional therapy will be randomly selected from the neurosurgery department of a hospital to implement the "detailed care" described in the research purpose, and named as the observation group; secondly In the same period, 42 patients with neurointerventional therapy were selected again to participate in the experiment, named as the control group, and the conventional nursing mode was used during the nursing period, and the nursing effects under different nursing modes were compared.
Results The nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was evaluated and counted. 2 patients in the observation group were dissatisfied, with a satisfaction rate of 95.23%, and 9 patients in the control group were dissatisfied, with a satisfaction rate of 78.57%. Satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); secondly, the quality of life and sleep quality of the two groups of patients were evaluated, and the results showed that the above indicators in the observation group were relatively better (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of detailed nursing in neurointerventional nursing has a good effect, which can help improve the quality of life and sleep quality of patients, and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing services.
