摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术围手术期的护理效果与价值。方法 按照研究纳入排除标准选取本院在2019年2月-2022年2月内收治的卵巢囊肿患者共150例，所有患者均接受腹腔镜剥除术，患者数字编号并输入电脑，采用随机分组分为对照组与实验组，各75例，对照组接受科室常规护理干预，实验组患者接受围术期综合护理，对比两组患者的术中情况、术后情况、负面情绪以及疼痛程度、并发症发生率。结果 经围术期护理干预后，患者手术时间及住院时间、首次排气时间、离床时间明显缩短、术中出血量降低，术后并发症显著降低、负面情绪及术后疼痛程度显著改善，差异对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者实施围术期护理能够有效缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量，同时有效的心理干预及知识宣教能改善患者负面情绪，患者术后情况改善、疼痛程度降低、并发症发生率显著降低，利于患者恢复。围术期护理效果良好，有推广使用价值。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing effect and value of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal during perioperative period.
Methods A total of 150 patients with ovarian cyst admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. All patients received laparoscopic exfoliation and were numbered and entered into a computer. The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 75 cases in each group. The experimental group received perioperative comprehensive nursing, and compared the intraoperative situation, postoperative situation, negative emotion, pain degree and complication rate of the two groups of patients.
Results After perioperative nursing intervention, the operation time and hospital stay, the first exhaust time, the time from bed were significantly shortened, the intraoperative blood loss was decreased, the postoperative complications were significantly decreased, the negative emotions and postoperative pain were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion Perioperative nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce intraoperative blood loss. Meanwhile, effective psychological intervention and knowledge education can improve patients' negative emotions, improve patients' postoperative conditions, reduce the degree of pain, and significantly reduce the incidence of complications, which is conducive to patients' recovery. Perioperative nursing effect is good, it has the value of popularization and use.
